Windows Open/Save file dialog for blitz3d (windowed mode)


Hi, here is the code for the file open/save dialog for blitz3d - best used in windowed mode.
I've modified someone's code (see the comments) and added few lines to check if the mouse button or any keyboard key is pressed.
This is to avoid the stuck keys when the file selector is closed.
