Correct me if im wrong. Schools cannot "legally" take what people have said on the internet(unless it is a school run site) and use it to get them in trouble. So you should be ok. I think there have been a few cases of this in the past.

yeah, im pretty sure they cant leagly do that, and if they do, tell them you will sue them, and you will win. just say that to your self, "I will sue you and i will win" its rether impowering.

It is perfectly legal! If YOU put it up there, then ANYONE can see it. It is on the internet. It IS public. IT IS LEGAL!
