It's Xmas week! .. Bloody hell, where did the year go!? What's your plans over the holiday period? Visiting family and friends? Out on the town? ... Sitting coding all day, like me!!? The drink of choice will be, as always, Baileys. There'll be oodles of food, and biscuits, and Xmas cake. And coding will be high on the agenda. .. Looking forward to seeing a few members of the family, who only ever bother to visit in order to get presents. :/ You know the sort.. You could spend half a year in hospital with a Brain Tumour, and the next year stuck in the house without so much as a whistle, but as soon as there's a present involved, they suddenly seem to turn up at the doorstep. \O/yeay\o/.... Festive cheers... \o/yeay\o/ So, yeah, pretty much same as usual, for me. Will code lots, drink a bit, and fill my face with Turkey. Woot!! -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

I got to finished my xmas shopping tomorrow or Else! I am trying quickly putting xmas demo of Amos before Xmas Eve and should be able finished it before then! and also putting New Blue 500 Amiga case together

Code and write. Meeting some old friends on the 30th. Might go out to drink at some point, not sure yet. Hoping to get Project Dollhouse live before New Year's Eve... Good luck! But don't fret if things don't slot into place. Especially this time of year, plans seem to have a tendency to fall apart! Enjoy the social bits of Xmas, and spend time with everyone. Code takes a back seat, for the next couple of weeks. -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

Plan - - Get up at 6:00am - Walk the dogs - Open presents - Have breakfast - Rush up to my parents' for a couple of hours - Come home - Have lunch. - Tidy up a bit - Collect mother-in-law - Help with dinner preparations - Have dinner - Have Xmas cake - Wash up etc. - Watch some Xmas telly (anything worth watching this year?) - Take Mother-In-Law home - Walk the dogs again - Relax/de-stress/kick the cat - Bed Well, that's the plan... |

Our Xmas plans have somewhat altered over the past couple of days. A few days ago, one of mum's friends on Facebook asked my mum for the phone number of the pet rescue, where we got Molly, so that she could set about getting rid of their 5 month old kitten. Mum gave her the number, then the two of us sat here for a few hours pondering the idea of having two cats in the house, especially over Xmas. A daft idea, right?! D'oh!! Too late!!  Tayto is now a member of our family.. Or at least on a trial period whilst we see if Molly and Tayto get along together. If not, we'll set about getting in contact with Pet Rescue, but in the meantime he seems to be settling in fairly well. ...lots of hissing, and chasing, though!! Quiet Xmas is WAY out the window. -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

Have a Meowry Christmas. May Santa Claws come to town! I had to put a cat down in September too. She was 14. She had a cancerous tumor on her lower jaw.

Awwww... Sorry for your loss. We lost our previous cat, Gabby, over Xmas a couple of years ago. Poor thing had been deteriorating for months, then by Boxing Day was barely able to crawl around the house  Never attempted two cats before. Now probably isn't the best time to try it, but what the heck! -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''
