As long as a user has been on the site in the past 6 months (I think?) But there's a bug when someone hasn't set their birthday, and it splots them all out on New Years Eve for some reason. (And yes, it's an easy fix, but it's part of the site, now, and I refuse to fix it!) -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''
