Bloody windows 11!!! Create an image in psp, save it to c:\image.png Go there with explorer, it isn't bloody there! Try and load it in a different program, not there Load it in psp, it's there again !!! Save it to desktop, it's there, copy it to c, it's there, Load it and save it again, it's gone!!!! Bloody modern technology! Got some nice 90 degree adapters for my hdmi and dp cables so they'd be all tidy and not stick out. Suddenly, my wifi drops to 1.5mbit (from 240mbit). reinstalled drivers, switched everything off and on again etc. no change, wifi still <1.5mbit no matter what. Remove the adapters and wollop! back to full speed! Surely having the display cables closer to my wifi card couldn't cause such weirdness??! ...could it? -=-=- Check out my excellent homepage!

Perhaps they weren't magnetically shielded. Though I'm often of the "Doesn't make a damned bit of difference when it's a digital signal" camp, there is always the possibility that, without proper shielding, the signals that are boosting through the cables are just enough to fudge up your wifi. Do you have the option to add one of those wifi antennas to your system? -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

I've narrowed it down the the DP, the HDMI seems fine. What on earth could a 90 degree adapter do in the background though?
