Windows version?

Generally though, you can:-

1) Go into settings (Right click one-drive icon), select the "Settings" tab and untick the appropriate boxes.

For some reason, whatever reasons I'm not sure about, on some machines these are greyed out and you cannot touch them (On my Windows 10 box, they are active, so I can tick/untick them)

2) Press ctrl+Shift+ESC to start task manager, click the "Startup" tab, right click "Microsoft OneDrive" in the list and select "Disable"

Restart your PC and see if it doesnt load with Windows.

Though, note, on Windows 10, you cannot uninstall OneDrive (Well, you probably can, but you may have to look at guides) as it's part of the OS now, though it'll probably be much easier to hide it and stop it syncing if you dont want it in your face all the time.

Isn't it part of Office? Just uninstall it.

Windows 10 its not... It's built in!

On my machine there's no option to uninstall it in add/remove programs.

Not fussed anyway, I use it so...

Yeah, Win10 makes it part of your system, as usable as My Documents.
I also have DropBox available in the same way.

...Just ignore it. That's what I do!!

I can appreciate what Hotshot's saying, then. I hate having stuff running in the background that I don't use. Not that resources are an issue on my PC, but.... you know!

If you right click the tray icon, and go into settings, there's an option to "run when Windows starts"
.. It *should* stop it.. But... Well, you know how Microsoft can get, nowadays!!
