Stealth Apple will replace any product that is defective. I've seen cases where they replaced G5's over 5 years after the warranty expired because they felt they were at fault for the computer breaking. Name me one other computer company that would do that. The quality control is unparalleled. You get what you pay for with Apple.

That's not entirely true. Apple have well known issues with refusing to replace iPhones and iPods due to their dodgy moisture sensors.

That's more than I thought that they would do for their customers.
If they are beating the warranties of their competition then they might make a bigger market for themselves.
