Apple Arcade and the end of game ownership

Game subscription has come mainstream. Apple Arcade.
This decade seems to focus on the end of ownership of consumers.
Last decade started of with the cloud which has paved way for forgoing the ownership of servers first and then it lead to so many other things like music, movies and now games.
Even on the physical space the rise of ending the consumer ownership has skyrocketed. Hiring cabs, furniture, office space and so many things have become mainstream in the past 10 years.

After Apple Arcade I don't know how many people are going to buy game anymore. If it is anything executed like Netflix or Amazon prime for movies and TV shows, buying individual games is going to be thing of the past.

Developers not getting a chance getting into Apple Arcade have to strive very hard to get noticed elsewhere.
