Damnit, he oiled the door again! At work, we have a squeaky door. It's very old, and very squeaky. Rather than have one of those beeper things, to let us know when a customer enters the shop, we've all gotten used to the classic door squeak to do the job. Unfortunately, their dad's gone and 'fixed' it again, leading to those 'Argh, there's a customer in the shop!' type moments, again. QOTD : What 'wrong' things have you come to rely on?

My bike used to make a clacking noise when i would go really fast, like way above what i was supposed to be going while on the sidewalks in the city, so I kind of listened for it after a while. Recently i regreased everything, and now it's gone.

Oil screws up everything...
