 Swim? In this weather? Are you mental?  When I was in center parcs, they had a cold plunge pool in the outside bit just before the rapids... I hopped in, and oh my god... It was that cold, I'm sure I heard the auld lad shout "You bastard" as it retreated somewhat. I only went in once... They are supposed to be therapeutic... Sod nearly give me a cardiac arrest! For some unknown reason, I have never been able to swim; despite loads of people trying to "teach me", I can do a good impression of a brick in water though.

for some reason people think I can't swim, don't know why! Both my parents were in their respected school swimming teams, in different countries! So yeah I can swim. Also some people think I'm left handed too, which I'm not!

I'm what is known as cack-handed, I use a pen in my right hand but do most other stuff with my left. |edit| Like when I use a soldering iron, I hold the iron in my right hand but the solder in my left, people keep telling me that it's supposed to be the other way around. |edit| |

my dad is truly ambidextrous, he can write with both hands at the same time, a party trick he does is a mirror image writing. so write his name for example with his right hand and his name backwards with his left, both at the same time.

Actually, (simultaneous) mirror image writing can be done by most everyone and is much easier than trying to write properly with your non-dominant hand.
