I always put on Nectarine radio. The demoscene seems to have not really been changing its music to generated music yet. still waiting for a infinite stream of (game)remixes and new demo style tunes.

Sunio mentions have been popping up in my social media feed. Now being mentioned as the first music generator with its ChatGPT moment. (That it wil break through to the mainstream now?)

I'm more interested in the new LLM's. Poe just mentioned they have added the new GPT4 vision model. It beats Opus. With coding it jumped some 8 points on a benchmark.

Well ... Bluegrass metal is a thing now. It sounds AI generated, which is even wilder.

Udio can do very good sounding nintendo style chip tunes. Someone was showing how he did a game level with ai.

The prompt for the music in udio was : "Music for a retro video game, Instrumental, Video game music, Retro, Bitpop, Bit music, Melodic, Uplifting, Happy, Summer".

If you're signed up on Suno, they've given everyone 500 free credits (about 100 songs, I think?)
Crikey!!

Might have to bulk up on a bunch of those JSE songs while I can, so I can post them at random intervals in the future..

> Reveal 🔎

I can't seem to get Udio to "sing" the JSE stuff. I do hope they don't "fix" Suno so it doesn't do it's crazy lyric thing, any more.

Is it possible to create one big playlist on a site? Where it keeps playing while doing other things?

Finally music on the world where the singer sings about numbers and math and programming.

Yeah, You can build playlists on Suno, now.
I've been adding all the JSE tracks into a playlist, but the problem with it, right now, is that a lot of the tracks just stop, and it leads to a very disjointed listening experience.
I think it needs to get better at endings, before that'll work properly.

Bulked a bunch of these JSE albums, and though the "1979 Eurovision Winner" album is a long way down the "releasing weekly" pile, this song is fucking gorgeous, and I desperately needed to share it!

Same "lyrics" as the rest of the JSE tracks.
