Xboxoxexexexesexxxoxox prices. X = $499, S = $299

Note : This is the price for the new Xbox Series X and S, not the old Xbox One X and S.
God damnit, Microsoft, learn to name things better.
I guarantee, there'll be a million (a million!!!!) kids getting the wrong ones, at Christmas*.

(* couldn't bring myself to write Xmas)

I must admit, I do like the small nature of the S, but given how badly Microsoft handled the airflow in the X360, I'm kinda hesitant to buy into a "small" device with next gen technology!

I might wait and see what the PS5 prices are like, though if I'm honest, I'm still having way too much fun playing No Man's Sky.

These are out early November also, I believe, gives them a good chance to keep up supply with demand pre chrimbo.

Seeing as I haven't touched my PS4 for more than a year (despite having wrapped games), I don't think I'll rush out to buy any new consoles for a while. I'm platform agnostic and have always had them all.

Besides, there might actually be a game or two worth playing after waiting a year or so...

|edit| Funny thing is though - I will always buy a NEW Nintendo console on day one, as I know it'll have great games pretty much from the off.
