steve_ancell	Not had much chance at doing stuff, due to the weather, I've so far tracked down that there's no fuel getting to the pump. Pulled the fuel regulator solenoid and when I switch on the ignition and I'm sure the actuator pin should pop out the end when powered. I think it's either that or what ever controls it, won't know much until I dig deeper.

steve_ancell	\|update\| I've tracked down why it ain't starting, the drive key that spins the suction pump on the back of the injection pump has sheared off. I know the pump is a CP3 but trying to find the variant for my car is like getting shit from a toy dog, in the meantime I'm searching like a squirrel gathering nuts. If my car was a DCi-120 like my previous Megane it would be simple but I've got a 1.9 DCi-130. \|update\| That appendage that looks a bit like a heatsink is the suction pump. The bit that is in the middle of the green gasket is part of the crank the pushes the high pressrue pistions, there should be a drive key on the end of it. Most of the drive key was still inside the keyway of the suction pump when I removed it to investigate. A second hand pump is around £90 to £140 if I can bloody well find one.

steve_ancell	Injection pump turned up, waiting for decent weather coz it's windy and freezing and then I can strip out the old one, put in the replacement and fit a new timing belt while I'm at it.
