CSS tip of the day: "overflow: hidden" doesn’t work on a <td> element, unless you set "table-layout:fixed;" on the <table> element

@Joe, well, what else are you going to use for tabular data?

Divs, divs and more divs!

To be fair tables aren't so bad for table data, but they do render slower then divs. It depends on what your building, but table based layouts can generate waaaaaaaaaaay more code then a div based approach.

CodersRule HoboBen never mentioned anything about his buildng. Now I'm confused.

It was not meant specifically to HoboBen, but more in regards to if your using tables generally.

I've also cleaned up my post, grammatically it was a mess. But that is what you get when you make posts early in the morning!
