I went to Tesco today. They had salad stuff for sale. I bought some, and will be eating it at tea time. I didn't buy any cheese to go with the salad. I hope we have cheese in the fridge. I like cheese with my salad, especially with lots of salad cream dolloped over the top.

I buy games cheap - via STEAM or eBay. I don't get a chance to play them though. But I've got a nice collection

Hopefully that gives you some idea of the price differences between te US and GB.

It might be useful when pricing your own games. There's a lot of these around town but due to the price of some consoles here I can see whay they are so cheap.

Makes you want a console system.

I think that the $40 range of games is too steep, but they sell.

Jesus God In Heaven Kuron.
That's almost what the shelf of blanks looks like in the department store.

Is that 1000 Cds DVDs?

I thought that I was over doing it with 3 Hard drives and a few stacks that have software sitting on them.

My back up CD/DVDs over the years look like that - hence why I can never be bothered trying to find the stuff!

@Kuron: Incredible!!
12-15 500-3TB Drives!!!
That alone dwarfs what I have and I thought mine was overkill.

I only have 3 Externals that range 240G - 640 Gig and though some of the software has been sitting, since my usage needs have changed over the last few years, half of that I might be able to let go once I get a chance to sit unobstructed for 3 days to evaluate the content against my general need for a particular Application.

For you to index that would possibly take a month.

Since you have so much, in your opinion, what is the best free indexing software application that could search through something like that or less.
The last one I used for my software was duplicate file finder and though it worked for my little needs, it was not a good experience.

It seems like you ran into the same problem many people have.
They store their information on a drive and then want a backup of that drive which causes them to have to purchase twice as much storage.
It's a thought that I'll keep in mind when I need to dump the stuff I have that is now either dated or has been supplanted by better software that does multiple things.
