Gah... why are manufacturers of children's games so obsessed with shit and snot? Gooey louie, doggie doo, ogg on the bog, and now gassy cow.

Gooey Louie - you have to pull bogeys out of a giant, plastic head.
Doggie Doo - similar to the above, but you're now pulling turds out of a plastic dog.
Ogg on the Bog - Buckaroo, where you have to steal toilet rolls from a troll who is having a dump.
Gassy Cow - some shenanigans or other with a farting cow.

Oh, and I forgot Poopy Head - Ask each other questions. Get it wrong, and you have to tie a piece of poo (plastic, I presume) to your head with some string.

What what happened to kids playing with proper games like Cluedo, Perfection, Kerplunk, Battleships etc?? It worries me that they're actually paying grown adults to sit around and have meetings all day, just thinking this stuff up.

MD: "Hey Mike, you're the top marketing guy - what game shall we make next that'll appeal to all kids"?
Mike: *stuffs two fingers of a four-finger Kit Kat into his face all at once*; "Umm... some junk with plastic shit in it? Shit is always a seller".
MD: "HAVE A PAYRISE AND MY WIFE"!

FFS....

In my day, we were happy with Kerplunk!

.. Of course, Mum and Dad hated the clattering of marbles, but screw them, Kerplunk!

Nothing wrong with Kerplunk! Monopoly also, even though it went on for bloody days sometimes.

My 8yo is into Transformers atm and with her birthday then Christmas looming, I had a look at some in Smyths. They're bloody crap now! When i was a kid they were top quality made of die cast metal. They're all cheap shitty plastic now that'll be broken within a week.
