We've got the GSD and four cats. The GSD is a right greedy fuck but she's got nowt on the youngest cat. Little sod will eat anything. And he's crafty about it - waits til you turn your back even for just a second and BOSH - Yorkshire pudding swiped. Even if you see him coming he's like lightning and there's sod-all you can do about it.

We have to put a bungee cord around the cupboard door handles where the cat food is, to hold them shut, otherwise he's in. Little fucker even steals food from the dog, and she's about 10x bigger than him.

One Christmas our GSD, Storm, ate a whole box of chocloate liqueurs - he was bumping into everything afterwards, drunk as a skunk. Funniest thing we ever saw. Concerning really as they were made with dark chocolate, which is allegedly toxic to dogs. Didn't affect him though.

And yeah, our cats rule the dogs - the Newfoundland is bigger than the shepherd - doesn't make him any more of a hero against a cat though!!!

Yeah any chocolate can poison or even kill a dog. Full of theabromine and it's toxic to dogs as they can't digest it. Pretty sure the amount your dog ate would have killed a smaller one.

Back from wholesalers! \o/

Bought a mahoosive stash of Lovehearts, still got loads of Haribo left so I didn't stock up on those, oh and big tub of Swizzels lollies. Was going to get Chupa Chups but they were 3x the price of Swizzels, and since we only give 'em away it doesn't make sense to spend shiteloads.

All locked away in sealed plastic tubs now. And I've had a stern word with the dog.

LOL. I've always found that giving dogs a stern talking to always works!
