Manageable.
But it's about 2 hours later, and the tip of my tongue is still numb!!
Spicy! \o/yeay\o/

As for the actual noodles, however. They’re kinda... bland and sweet. Not the best noodles ever.
My favourite recommended noodles are these. Nong Shim Shin Nooodles. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Nong-Shim-Gourmet-4-2-Ounce-Packages/dp/B000LQORDE/
Nice and thick and flavourful!

Probably the hottest thing I've ever eaten, was [supposedly] a chicken madras. I've had vindaloo before plenty of times, but this fucker.... I dunno what went wrong with it but it felt like my face had been napalmed.

By the time I'd done with it I was fucking dying. My entire face was numb with it.

I absolutely love spicy foods and pretty much nothing comes close to my "FUCK! That'sa one spicy meatball!" meter. Except this Christmas. My wife bought loads of spicy American stuff, including some peanuts. They were really nice and ok for a few minutes, had a great flavour. Seemed like the packet lied. But then the spice hit like a bomb in the back of the throat which grew and grew until it consumed every part of me. Fffffffffuuuuu... Good stuff!!! Want more now!

Got the second batch that I ordered at the same time, today.

The Curry Flavour is a lot less spicy, and is quite a bit nicer, too.
The curry flavour is really quite a strong and flavourful flavour, much nicer than most noodle curry's.
The actual noodles are the thinner stringier sweet noodles, again, though.

So, nice "broth", but nasty cheapo noodles..

I was just eating a kapsalon and got sweaty for a minute there when I got some of the sambal in my mouth. The chicken kapsalon is a little bit more spicy it appears.

Kapsalon : (named after a girl who worked at the barber shop who sometimes visited the cafeteria)

bloody google url sizes!!

I'm not a noodle fan... Well, it sorta depends...

When you go to one of them noodle places on the high street, you get a box with a stone of noodles in, then some bits of meat and sauce plonked on the top... You munch that tasty bit off the top and your left with 13 pound of shit bland noodles.

Pot Noodles, meh, give or take, super noodles, mmmmm snack, okay... But overall... Noodles arent my thing...

Fried rice though... Gerrrrrrrrrrrrr innnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! \o/

Those Nong Shim noodles go well with StirFry stuff.
Start with a plan frying pan full of fryable vegies, fry it for a few minutes, then dump the pack of noodles in and add "enough" water (you'll have to learn through trial and error!), add in the packets of spice, then keep it frying until the water's mostly been soaked into the noodles.

I do that, maybe once a month or so, whenever I feel I can manage to stand for that long!!
Handy to have Frozen StirFry veg mix at the ready!!
