Still wavey, and also quite sniffly, now, too!

I wouldn't want to take away from the point of the vaccine, though. Sure, it's a rough couple of days, but it definitely beats the alternative.

Today's been alright, so far. A little brain fog, but mostly manageable.
My brain fluid is still feeling thick. I mentioned this to Mum yesterday, and she thought I was crazy, but it usually happens whenever I've got a flu or something. Moving my head around, the fluid seems to flow a little slower, and the dizziness becomes amplified.
.. That's still there, but it's better than it was yesterday.

Ate a packet of spicy noodles at dinner, and ... OH MY GOD, the sweats!!! I don't usually react like that, but the sweat was pouring off me. Not sure what that's about! Me and Mum joked that it's probably just the menopause

But otherwise, I'm thinking straight, and it's going ok.

.. I certainly don't envy those who went through the actual Covid. If this is just a day or two of oddness, it's at least manageable. If you CAN get the jab, DO get the jab. Because I honestly can't imagine how bad the alternative is.

The sleepiness was with me for a week before I saw signs of improvement, even now we're in early February it's still there sitting on my chest.

Hopefully you'll both recover soon but you've got to listen to what your body says, if it needs rest, then rest up well, please don't force things out for the next few days.

If it's following the trajectory i had with my bout, I felt like i'd been punched in the chest a few days later. thankfully that subsides after another couple of days.

Bloody thing's been on my chest this week whilst the temperatures plummet, hasn't helped that I've had a panic attack on monday, night terrors on tuesday, bit more pain on wednesday and then ended up having to take today off from work, slept through most of today and kept hydrated which seems to have improved things a tad.

Gonna crash out now and hopefully be good again for the morning. Fun week so far!

Hope you and your Mum have recovered fully Jay.

Hope you're feeling better soon, Rychan. The chest pain was pretty bad for me too. Never fully went away, either. My chest still feels sort of sore even a couple of months after getting over the virus. Nothing terrible, but I keep an eye on it.

Best wishes to you both and hopefully to a full recovery.

Gawd.. that doesn't sound good at all.
I hope you're both feeling stronger, soon. The whole "long-Covid" thing sounds worrying.

I'll be fine again soon enough hopefully, slept through yesterday and back in work again today, it's weird how you can feel it moving around. I think the cold spike has made it a bit worse. Just gotta keep the TV switched off and keep a cool head about it.
