Latest Twitter rumours suggest that Sony are closing the Sony Liverpool dev team down.

That used to be the amazing Amiga-era publisher Psygnosis. So many great games.. Now yet another lost part of our gaming history. Damn..

I'm getting old!

Update : It's everywhere, and official . Kotaku and Edge are both reporting it, and Sony's sent out some stupid PR crap about it.
Damn..

Bubye

I know there were several levels in Lemmings using Psygnosis graphics, and it was at least initially sold under the Psygnosis name, but how much input did Psygnosis actually have into Lemmings? I thought Lemmings was by DMA Design aka Rockstar North.

Psygnosis were also behind Benefactor as far as I remember.

The title music isn't as catchy as the music from the first levels though.

Well the publisher of Benefactor may be dead but the actual programming team (Digital Illusions) still lives on.
