Does anyone know how to change the USA to UK Keyboard?
Because when I do coding.. I press number 2 for " but it turn out to be @

This is on Vista, but I'm certain that in XP it's the same or similar:

Start => Control Panel => Regional & Language Options => Keyboard tab => Change Keyboard

Add the UK Keyboard as an option and then set it as the default at the top.

You could also try setting it to Dvorak and see if you can learn that. The world speed typing record is in Dvorak and one of the key ideas behind Qwerty was to space key presses apart in order to slow the typer down and prevent jams in the typing machine.

Interesting tidbit about the dvorak keyboards. I read the wikipedia article on it and set up my computer to be able to switch between it and USInternational with a simple keyboard shortcut. Now to learn it. I've never been very good at QWERTY style, so maybe this will work better for me. The one handed style has also caught my interest.
