Obama administration promises to reveal Antigravity techno in 100 days, why not now ?... Will it be flying saucers, or flying pigs ?... I would bet on the pigs

It seems to me that it will be a consequence of his plan to make information more freely available, rather than a specific aim to tell the world about anti gravity (which of course the world already knows).

electro-hydro-dynamics is a well documented phenomenon. It has nothing to do with gravity!

Example: Air is ionised at the cathode and attracted to the anode, which is shaped like a ring. The ions are accelerated, pass through the electrode and are expelled. You could have an additional circuit with anodes to accelerate the ions more.

It could be used to lift an aircraft, in theory, though not into space (where there is no air). I haven't seen EHD used as a thruster in any meaningful way, tbh. If you want a practical demonstration of the effect, get one of those air purifiers.

@ spinal... I completely agree with you . As I always say, "you're right"

@ cucco... I know exactly what you mean, they just use the term "Antigravity" as a simpler way to describe it. It's main purpose at the moment, is to assist current propulsion methods.
