I have loaded a texture:
a = loadtexture("a.png",65)
...
Rotatetexture a,rot
...
and it doesn't work....
but i have also noticed that if i load the texture without the "65" parameter it will work...
O_o

RotateTexture doesn't work on spherical/cubic maps. Maybe you could rotate the textured object itself ?
