This isn't something you're going to 'get'. It's something you'll have to make. Which leaves you with two options: Learn to model, or learn to use Blitz3D to create meshes.

IMHO, you shouldn't be using Blitz at all for this though, because from what I can remember, people using Blitz3D to create tools ended up with sluggish performances in Windows (from what I could tell on my own system). Blitz3D was designed to create games, not tools, so ideally, you'd use BlitzPlus for it. That would leave you without 3D support though, of course.

Honestly I think you should do a Google search for 'C# + XNA' and see what you can come up with.

Edit: Oh yeah, and here's the B3D file format specification.
