Jayenkai	Ups What did you get done this week. Totally upgraded NeonPlat2 Made a nice word game Made a simple Zombie game Made a trailer Did some music Fixed Socoder's Uploader phew Did everything turn out as planned? NeonPlat 2 ended up being rushed, and I didn't quite fit everything in. I might give it another go this week, except I can't think of enough things to make it as big of an update as the 2.0 to 2.2 one. So, dunno.. Downs What didn't you get done? iPhing Learning Why not? Honestly? Because of the whole iPhone 4, OS4 thing. Realising I needed to cater for a whole new resolution, and wondering about how OS4 would fuck up my already fucked up coding, kinda put me off a bit. Now What are you working on right now? Rather than dwell on it, I finally paid my $100 (which is apparently £59 in the UK) to Apple and I'm about to hop over to the Mac, and play about with my all-new developer's license. I'll probably just play about with it, and waste the entire day, but at least it's do-able now! woot! How's that going? I've spent the past 2 hours doing uploads, and typing craploads, and have yet to start it.. 2 hours!!? FFS!!! Next What's the plan for the week ahead? iPhing!!! More 90-minute bits and pieces I should probably get that trailer sorted, because all these 90 minute quicky games are going to start adding my Archive's total up to 200, soon! I'm already up to 196!! Downs What didn't you get done? Nothing I needed to get done, really. Was waiting until summer. Now What are you working on right now? My website... And today is the first day of my summer vacation... ^^ How's that going? Pretty well, so far. Spare helped me with globals in the content system, so everything will go smoothly from here. Next What's the plan for the week ahead? Sleep... (summer vacation starts) And work on website and other stuff. Need to learn Java.

Erebel55	Ups What did you get done this week. Started an OpenGL/C++ FPS, Vietnam War based era. Implemented night/day support into the fps. Working on learning VBO's and adding heightmap support. Did everything turn out as planned? Yes, for the most part, learned more then I expected though. Downs What didn't you get done? Heightmap implementation. Why not? Was using immediate mode in OpenGL, and getting huge slow downs..switching to VBO now.. Now What are you working on right now? My FPS..learning VBOs How's that going? JL235	Ups What did you get done this week. new StudioFortress design Went to ArtsFest Got a haircut Watched loads of Battlestar Galactica Did everything turn out as planned? First, Battlestar Galactica has pretty much taken over my life. I'm really happy with how the site is comming along. I think the design and structure is much better then before. Unlike the current site it's now 100% run through wordpress, no having to manually make changes in 3 or 4 seperate places. I was skeptical at using Wordpress at first and chose to use it only because of time constraints. But I'm really impressed at how easily it can be customized. ArtsFest is an annual event at my university at the end of the exam period. My university is situated on top of a big hill, with a large open space extending down it towards Canterbury. There they have a large outdoor stage setup with live music all night finishing with fireworks. Typically they have smaller stages dotted about with random stuff on during the day, but there seemed to be less on that day then usual so I didn't bother having a look around. Overall it was a good night. Finally I got a haircut today. I thought having it much shorter would be a good idea, but I don't like it. Downs What didn't you get done? new StudioFortress design Business plan Why not? I had hoped to have all of the site finished, but instead only most is done. I have got most of the structure done, like I can now make game posts within Wordpress seperate to blog posts. I have the theme parts to build for displaying game pages and a list of all games, and then I'm almost entirely done. Another week avoiding my business plan. Now What are you working on right now? Right now, watching Battlestar Galactica. But I'm also completing some Greenfoot work. How's that going? I'm half way through the 4th series, and so far it's dragging a little but still really good. However I suspect it's dragging because I've spent 5 hours watching it today. For work I am moving to a new part of what I've been working on, which is nice. In theory I should have it completed within very little time. Next What's the plan for the week ahead? new StudioFortress design complete new part of my Greenfoot work finish watching all Battlestar Galactica !!! RECEIVE MY DEGREE RESULTS !!!

Exams have been going well, but I really wanted to do more work on my project. Downs What didn't you get done? As much project work as I intended. Why not? Exams revision a) removed available time and b) removed my will to do much work in free time (read: video games). Now What are you working on right now? Relaxing and catching up on the new Portal 2 stuff - got a day off tomorrow which should hopefully be equal parts revision, coding and gaming. How's that going? Quite well. On animatronics, Yes, except for the switches to control the behavior states, but it can't be helped right now. Screwing up my sleep schedule, maybe.. since we're leaving early in the morning next tuesday, I might can catch a few hours of sleep during travel.
