I relented. Verdict: It's fecking ace  Shame about all the updating (put aside an hour for the machine itself and then 20+ minutes for NintendoLand - not put in Zombie U as there aren't enough hours in a day). Already it's showing stuff that just isn't possible on other machines - Yoshi's fruit Cart thingy is simple, but great fun. Looking forward to proper games now. Nintendo and third parites: Don't let this down. BTW the controller isn't as big as it looks in screenies. It's bigger. Much bigger. It's fecking massive. |

Haven't, yet. I've not really played much at all, all year. It's a bit odd, really. I used to say "too busy writing AGameAWeek", but this year has been different, to say the least. I haven't done either coding, or game playing. I bought Pokemon white 2, the other week, and have played about 2 hours worth of it. Barely anything. I also have Sonic Generations from pre-hospital, and have played about an hour or so of that, too. Can't seem to get back into gaming. ...so.. With that in mind, I haven't ordered WiiU. If they can get a bucketload of games, ready and waiting, then sure.. Why not. But right now it seems to be dodgy ports, and NintendoLand! I'm not happy to pay £300+ for one game, even if it IS as fantastic as everyone keeps saying it is. -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

Gunna skip the 'u' . A wii with a daft(er) controler doesn't appeal to me much. Perhaps I'm getting old.

We've got ZombiU for the Wii U now, which my Visual Basic teacher has told me is a fun game. I might be playing that in the coming days.

Played ours for the first time yesterday and its really good. The controller is strange, but the gameplay with it is ace!
