As a huge fan and follower of Lego, I can say quite confidently that those parts are all pretty much standard Lego. There is not one single piece new to this set - including the mini-figs.

For part info, look here - https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?S=80013-1&name=Monkie%20Kid%27s%20Team%20Secret%20HQ&category=%5BMonkie%20Kid%5D#T=I

The instructions can be downloaded freely (and legally) from Lego - https://www.lego.com/en-gb/service/buildinginstructions/80013

It's an interesting looking set in it's own right, but I don't really care for most Lego themes nowadays, with the exception of Star Wars and some other movie themes (GhostBusters etc.).

It just doesn't look like is goes together. Looks like parts from sets that did not sell well, stuffed into a new set. Kinda like if Salvador Dali designed a Lego set.
