AWS Lambda ain't helping.

Now it's not just unstructured logic jumps, there is now a failure to connect coupled with black box code you can't read.

That said, making a little weather forecast program is an excellent and free to get your feet wet for anyone wanting to learn to call an endpoint and get fun data back. I did web services professionally in Clojure for a few years but the real programming had been sucked out. No thinking just magic JSON and hash maps.

 		I have nothing to show for API week.
Honestly, I've been avoiding them like the plague, this whole time.
Anything that relies on an external server has the ability to bugger up.

The one and only one API that I've used, here, is SendInBlue, which is the emailer that we use here, because try as I might, I couldn't get Gmail to receive emails directly from the SoCoder server without junking them completely.
Like, not even in the spam folder.. just deleted wholesale.

So, no.. if you want a showpiece of API amazingness, you're looking in the wrong place, I'm afraid.
