This used to be my website. But since the big CW.com death thing, "The Jay Site" rapidly became "Socoder" Which was good, of course. Except.. I don't have a website anymore. I'm sitting here, playing with this whole domain thingy, and I decided to add a jayenkai.socoder.net subdomain. And now I have absolutely no idea what to put on it. So... um... yeah. Any thoughts? |

What about just making a blog and a page with all of your games and maybe some articles by you would be good. Just look at all of our sites (besides mine  ) and get ideas. Good Luck.

Put up your homebrew stuff. For the benefit of those not regulars here, you could repost your snippets of homebrew guides for example(iirc, left as comments in your blog) or even expand on it. I dunno, would be a place to start, right? ps. put up pictures of your cat. new ones and in better resolution. dammit.

Even better, create a cats.socoder.net domain And a separate cat-photo-sharing forum too   Seriously though (although, I'm still all for the cat idea), I was just playing that (fantastic too!) Car racing game you wrote, and some of your games are just amazing. Perhaps make them super-fancy showcase pages each, with screenshots and proper paragraph long descriptions? Or perhaps a portfolio page designed to show rich people why they should give you money to re-use some quick and garbage old code to fulfil their wildest dreams of what-software-can-do. |

I went for the piss-easy option. Shoved in a Wordpress installation, and I've started to dump in huge history-of esque pages for my games. So far I've pretty much done the JNKPlat page, and I think I've included 99% of my actual finished "and worth a play!" games into the More Games page. Next up I'll be working on the Experiments page, which will list a whole bunch of games that I started, then pretty much gave up on, due to one reason or another. That'll include the "JNK Car?" thing, as well as a few other bits and pieces. If you're interested in a bit of Jayenkai history, go read the pages that are up. You might learn useless stuff. Slight tweak.. Since it's technically a Blog, I figured it'd be nice to have a regular feature on the site. So I removed the Experiments page from the top, and have instead created an Experiments Blog Tag. I'll be posting regular updates featuring a selection of games you might not have seen before!
