Gawd, even the coffee pods have gone up in price. Can we go back to last year?

Also, forgot I'd put that £20 voucher from my uncle into my Amazon account..

So, the £20's gone on coffee pods..

*sigh*

Amazon : £20.40 for 3 boxes of Dolce Gusto Cappuccino Pods, with free delivery
Kaffekapslen : £18.45 for 3 boxes of Dolce Gusto Cappuccino Pods, with £5.99 delivery.

So, yeah, cheaper, but not!
If I weren't paying for Prime, then maybe, but .. Bloody Postage and Packaging.

They actually have some nice looking varieties there, so.. I dunno, if I can find some nice misc'y bits, I might take a dive.

There's also Next Day Coffee where I used to get my flavour syrups from, but they don't do Dolce Gusto pods.

Do you have Walmart in Britain? They are always usually cheaper then anywhere else

Yes and No, Walmart bought ASDA, one of our "big" supermarket brands over here. But Walmart pulled out some time during covid or so, and I think ASDA's now just owned by one of those nameless conglomerates of mostly-shareholders.
As for whether they're cheaper, they're £4.50 for a box of 16 (whilst I'm used to buying 3 boxes of 30 for £20.40)

2 pods = 1 milk + 1 coffee = 8 drinks vs 15 drinks.
Without taking postage+packing and/or bus fare
56p per brew for a box from Asda
45p per brew for 3 boxes from Amazon
41p per brew from the Kaffekapslen place.

And, if you buy the cheaper own-brand stuff from Kaffekapslen, it's actually more like 33p per brew.

... Which I'd LOVE to do, but Mum's really bloody fussy about the taste of milk, especially with powdered milks, which the Dolce Gusto pods use.

But then you add postage or bus fare, and it becomes less cheap.

Our local Tesco sells them, but that's one of those shitty "prices go up for no reason" express stores, so they end up at 62p per brew.. Fuxake!!

Maybe I should spreadsheet this. It's very interesting maths!!!!
