I haven't bothered with a Laptop. Heck I don't go anywhere enough to bother with one! And if I do go somewhere, where I'd like to do some coding, I would probably be there than the lifespan of the laptop's battery. No use, as far as I'm concerned. Grab a DS and take New Super Mario with you, that'll keep you occupied

This laptop goes no-where further than the table by the iMac, but it takes up less room than a new PC! Also it means that my brother doesn't get to destroy it, as it can be hidden away. To explain, he's dyspraxic and has an uncanny ability to destroy computers. Our iMac has been pretty resilient so far, but is weakening. Mousey, Yeah, this laptop is for programming, rendering etc, and less for games. I'll stick Linux on eventually. A nice mac laptop would be cool - my uncle has one - but they look a bit more expensive and our mac isn't too old anyway. Good luck with your laptop next year.
