We've been waiting for a kayako "expert" to sort out some things for us, what with kayako being kayako, the bloody idiot went and changed the config file for a part of the site that ISN'T KAYAKO, resulting in errors everywhere...ffs. This is why I've always preferred writing custom code, so much easier to keep up-to-date. I dunno about you Jay, but I prefer keeping my PHP functional as opposed to OOP.

Mostly because it's just easier for me

Managed to get everything back and working over here now, all except the bloody kayako stuff, my buddy Chris has spent the whole day essentially being a copy paste machine between the software developers and the server maintenance people, we still don't have a working installation of the bloody thing!

I'll keep using my CMS for my own sites i think
