    I'd normally have done more, and rushed NeonPlatDS for Tuesday, but sod it, it's my month off and I'm taking things slowly.

    Did everything turn out as planned?
    This post didn't, because I wrote it once and accidentally hit 'Refresh', which caused me to lose what I wrote.

    Schoolwork didn't. Got acceptable grades on most stuff, but I really don't like it when I miss a few points because I didn't take more time to think a problem out.

    The site design came out nicely, though. Works in all the browsers I give a crap about, complete with transitions and pretty CSS (Opera, Chrome, Firefox 4.0). Going to be moving away from the blog format, since that's more work than is necessary and honestly just makes me not want to work on my site.

  • Returned from Summer Hiatus (Hi everybody!)
  • Started implementing Lua into friend's game project
  • Sketched up plans for a store
  • Talk with a friend about buying his old motorcycle
  • Tried to play Silent Hill again.

    Did everything turn out as planned?
    Mostly. I've learned a lot about Lua and that made me want to use it even more beyond just the simple crap i had poked at before. Summer was OK but i'm tired of people being around- Want to get back into programming.

    PS: Silent Hill sucks. I remember now why i couldn't finish it as a kid - It's horrible and anger-inducing.

    Fairly well! I'm loving how easy it just does it's thing- I can see why people use it so much.

         		Today's Plan

    1. Wake up early
    2. Turn on Mac
    3. Work my arse off!


    Today's actual list of things achieved.

    1. Woke up early
    2. Turned on Mac.
    3. Installed iTunes 10
    4. Installed iOS 4.1 onto iPod
    5. Had to install new XCode to work with iOS4.1
    This involved a 2.9Gb download, which took about 50 mins, followed by a 40 minute install.
    6. Tweeted a lot. Quite pissed off about my morning being sapped away.
    7. Found out this.

    Why not?
    School. The only coding I did was a 7 line BBC BASIC program to do some of my Physics homework for me. Had to do three calculations on a number for each question, and typing them into the calculator each time took an age, so I threw together a quick program to do them for me. That is the grand total of all the coding I got done this week.

    What are you working on right now?
    Got a sixth form induction meeting at school this evening. :/ Is gonna be almost useless.

    Bluhbluhbluhbluh waste of time.
